About this speaker
Marcy McDonald is a Mindset Strategist, Empowerment Coach, and one of only 36 End of Life Doulas to have achieved international certification. She’s had decades of experience as the “backyard life coach,” as well as coaching in a range of areas professionally.
Marcy combines her neurologically based exercises with the urgency that comes from looking closely at your own death. Marcy has created a unique and powerful coaching program that helps highly successful professional women balance their emotions, attain—and maintain—peace of mind, and clarify purpose.
In 2014 she left a high-level career and long hours on the corporate treadmill. Despite her success on the “outside,” she still never feel good enough on the “inside.” She decided to walk way from her job to uncover the next chapter in her life.
Her soul-searching journey led her to create 70 exercises to instill positive emotional habits. She uncovered the connection between understanding how the brain works as she did the life-changing exercises that enabled her to finally “hear” and change her self-talk for good.
Her innovative transformation not only changed her life, it now continues to change the lives of so many others through her mindset and empowerment coaching. It makes the difference between having happy moments and happy days—to having happy weeks, months, and years.
She is the author of 100s of articles and several books, including Build Happiness: Change Your Perspective, Change Your Life, a neuroscience-based guide to living fully in the present that uses unique, 3-dimensional UnBlocks™.
Featured as a participant in Season 2 of the TV show, “4 Days to Save the World,” Marcy teamed with 99 other visionaries to engineer financially viable solutions to such pressing world problems as ending suicide, world hunger, poverty, and cyber-bullying. They had 4 days to create a business plan and pitch it to investors and viewers to get their mission funded.
